This week was my second week as a marketing intern at a small tech company. On Monday, my mentor, Clara, asked me to review last month’s social media posts and list the best-performing ones. I learned to check impressions, clicks, and comments.
On Tuesday, I joined a team meeting. At first, I was nervous, but Clara encouraged me to share my ideas. I suggested posting short customer tips on Fridays. The team liked it and asked me to prepare a draft plan.
